It has been a long time since I shat about anything meaningful, and this article is no proof that I am taking a dump for anybody’s sake either.

First things first, I strongly condemn the anti-Islam video titled as "The Innocence of Muslims". Not only has it uncovered the underlying hate in some sections of the society in the west, it has also displayed the amount of ignorance that is still generally prevalent about Islam. Though, I haven’t seen the video myself but the whole act clearly shows that the theory of “Clash of Civilizations” is still applicable, if not literally then in an alternative context at least. This “anti-Islam” video has invited a wave of anger and agitation around the Muslim world, which is genuine in a sense that the video mocked Islam and the Prophet (P.B.U.H). However, it is the events of the past week that have led me to write only the second post of the year on this page.

In certain parts of the UK, they read shit as shite, and since we were exclusively ruled by the British for around 9 decades I presume some of us confused shite with shi'ite. Many might read this and call it an unfair assumption but most of them have not been called

Do the baldies even know the meaning of 'Go Zardari Go'? Although my english is just a slight upgrade on the Meera's and Inzimam's of this world but 'Go xyz Go' is a phrase to cheer someone up, used to rally behind someone. But since this is Pakistan and we are the kings of misusing things (eg internet=porn etc) same is the case with this phrase. 'Go Musharraf Go' and now 'Go Zardari Go' say the 'Khadims' of Punjab. It's like a 3rd rate movie by a 3rd rate director where a bad guy turns into a good guy in an instant and then wrecks havoc. The Bald brothers were sexting with Zardari and co for three and a half years and now they are all of a sudden trying to act like 'Shareefs'.
